Erich is great! He is honest, reliable and always on time! He goes through the inspection with you in the amount of detail you want. He always is available for questions afterward and has even gone to the property a couple of times to go over things for clarification for my buyers! Erich is a very proffesional Home inspector. The Order an Inspection feature on his web site makes the process smother! Buyers were extremately satisfied with the on site explination of the report .
