The Three Trees Project: Tesla Earthblock Homes Ecosystem

The Three Trees Project reimagines housing with Tesla Earthblock Homes at its core, blending sustainable design with a powerful service network. Launched in California, this initiative unites Tree One (General Contractors), Tree Two (Inspectors), and Tree Three (Finance) to deliver eco-friendly homes, seamless repairs, and smart financial solutions—built on Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and Compressed Earth Blocks (CEB).

Tree One: General Contractors

Mission: Build and repair homes with sustainability at the core.

    • Innovative Design: Tesla Earthblock Homes feature ICF for insulation and durability, CEB (potentially from The Boring Company) for cost and eco-benefits, and Tesla tech—solar roofs, Powerwalls, and smart systems—for net-zero living.

    • Training: A certification program equips contractors with ICF/CEB expertise and repair skills. Phase One targets one contractor per California county (58 total).

    • Build-to-Rent: Starting with a pilot, one contractor constructs 5-10 rental homes, setting the stage for county-wide replication.

    • Revenue: New builds generate $100K profit per home; repairs add steady income via fees or subscriptions.

Tree Two: Inspectors

Mission: Connect homeowners with contractors and redefine inspections.

    • Platform: An app collects homeowner inspection reports, matching them to their county’s Tree One contractor for repairs or upgrades.

    • New Report: The “Three Trees Inspection Report” details repair needs (Tree One), property condition (Tree Two), and exit options (Tree Three), streamlining the process.

    • Impact: Simplifies contractor access and empowers homeowners with actionable insights.

Tree Three: Finance

Mission: Unlock property value with tailored strategies.

    • Options: From private lenders to realtors, Tree Three offers exit paths like sales, refinancing, or rent-to-own, fueled by referral fees.

    • Support: Finances rental home builds with investors or Tesla-backed funding, maximizing returns with tax incentives.

Implementation Plan

    1. Pilot: One contractor builds 5-10 Tesla Earthblock rental homes in a California hub (e.g., Sacramento/Auburn), supported by 10 inspectors and finance partners.

    1. Phase One: Train one contractor per county (58 total) to expand builds and repairs statewide.

    1. Platform Launch: Deploy an app for Tree Two, connecting homeowners and contractors county-by-county.

    1. Partnerships: Tap Tesla/The Boring Company for tech and materials; align with real estate boards for credibility.

    1. Growth: Scale training, refine revenue, and explore social impact (e.g., HungerHalt Homes).

Revenue Outlook

    • Pilot: $500K-$1M from initial homes.

    • Phase One: $5-10M from new builds, $1-2M from repairs.

    • Tree Two: $500K-$1M via platform fees.

    • Tree Three: $1-2M from referrals.

The Three Trees Project fuses practical housing with Tesla Earthblock Homes’ visionary sustainability. From a pilot to statewide impact, we’re building the future—one tree at a time.
